FPI Has Maintained A Leading Position In China's Scientific Instrument Industry For Ten Consecutive Years

On September 16, 2020, the 14th Annual Conference of China Scientific Instruments (ACCSI2020) was successfully held in Tianjin Donglihu Hengda Hotel, with nearly 1,000 scientific instrument industry elites participating. Focused Photonics (Hangzhou) Inc. (FPI) won a number of honors at the conference, including “2019 National Scientific Instrument Industry Leading Enterprise” and “2019 National Scientific Instrument Industry Excellent Innovation Award”.

The "National Scientific Instrument Industry Leading Enterprise" is one of the most authoritative awards in the industry created by China Instrument Information Network, and has been successfully held for twelve sessions. The purpose of setting up this award is to recognize the most influential and reputable companies with outstanding company development, user attention, brand awareness, establish the image of industry leaders, and promote the healthy development of the industry.

“National Scientific Instrument Industry Excellent Innovation Award” is one of the most authoritative awards in the scientific instrument industry at home and abroad. It has been successfully held for fourteen sessions, with an average selection rate of 5.2%. The purpose of establishing the award is to fully demonstrate domestic and foreign instruments with outstanding innovation capabilities to domestic users.

The "TOFMS-100 VOCs Online Monitoring Mass Spectrometry System" and "EXPEC 5210 Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS)" independently researched and developed by FPI were awarded the "2019 National Scientific Instrument Industry Excellent Innovation Award".

TOF-MS-100 VOCs Online Monitoring Mass Spectrometry System

The system adopts large flow non-discrimination direct injection, realizes highly efficient transmission of ions from high pressure to low pressure, overcomes the technical difficulty in UV lamp attenuated and instrument performance degradation by Oxygen in the air. Moreover, TOFMS-100 realizes the second-level monitoring of hundreds of VOCs in the air, and the detection limit download to 0.1ppb. 

ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)

Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) is an analytical technique used for element determination. It combines a high temperature ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) source with a mass spectrometer. The ICP source converts the atoms of the elements in the sample to ions. These ions are then separated and detected by the mass spectrometer.

ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer)

ICP-5000 is an ICP-OES developed product by FPI. It has a rich spectral library with more than 50,000 optical spectrum lines available for selection and has a synchronous measuring ability to analyze 72 elements simultaneously. ICP-5000 also includes an optimized design of a two-dimensional spectroscopic system of middle ladder grating, a custom-made anti overflow CCD and full-automatic spectrum acquisition system, an argon gas logic controller as well as a light chamber temperature control system. All in all, this makes ICP-5000 have properties of high resolution, large dynamic range, high stability and low limit of detection.
