With years of research and investigation on trace mercury monitoring technology, FPI has successfully integrate cold vapor atomic fluorescence with dilution system for monitoring micro-gram level mercury. The system is fully compliance with U.S. EPA PS-12A and Part 75 provisions for mercury online measurement.
The Dilution probe is adopting inertial sampling principle with the orifice filtration to maintain stable sample inlet, hence generates stable and representative sample for the analyzer.
The system is capable of monitoring elemental, ionic and total mercury simultaneously by converting ionic mercury into elemental with a pyrolysis converter.
It is also a real-continuous monitoring solution for stack mercury emission as the system does not involve pre-concentrating process. The most suitable applications for having this system are coal fired boiler, cement kiln and other combustions.
